- Provide secure authentication and role-based access to the DieTracker Pro platform
- Manage tooling inventory, lifespan tracking, and predictive maintenance alerts
- Provide technical support, onboarding, and interactive shop-floor assistance
- Generate BCM anilox audit reports and vector technical specification sheets
- Billing, invoicing, and compliance with contractual and tax obligations
